Get your design for free

Our design service costs £150+VAT for your initial design, with up to four revisions included in the price. Any revisions thereafter will cost an extra £25+VAT per revision.

When you reach the end of our design service and you decide to continue to move forward with us, we will reimburse the design service fee and any extra revisions cost incurred.

The Process:

When you first contact us, we will take some details from you such as how big your stand is, what sort of stand you need, etc.

With these details, we will then put together an estimated quote for your stand. Our quoting service is free of charge for everyone. We can amend quotes if you decide to scale back or go bigger.

When you’re ready to get your design started, we’ll have a discussion about what you need before proceeding with your design. We will make a maximum of four revisions included in £150+VAT. Any revisions needed after this will be charged at £25 +VAT. If you decide not to continue with our exhibition services, we will ask for payment at the end of our design service.

Deciding not to continue after our design service:

If you decide not to continue after using our design service, you will be charged for the design and any amendments that have been done. The charges are as above.

You will be charged if either occurs:

You tell us in writing that you have decided not to use ExhibitMode going forward.

or

We have not heard either way from you after one month of the design being sent to you.

If, in the future, you decide you would like to continue with your design with us, we can reimburse you for our design service.

Deciding to continue after our design service:

If you decide to continue with ExhibitMode after our design service, you will be given a contract. Once this contract is signed, we will deduct the design charge from your final payment.
